SPAM / Unsolicited Email Policy

1. Contact

http://www.holidayweightloss.co.uk/ will never contact you via SPAM or UCE (Unsolicited Email) to promote its newsletter or products.  We will only contact you when you subscribe which is via double opt-in.

2. Subscription

All our newsletter subscribers are double opt-in subscribers.  This means that they confirm their subscription for our newsletter twice.  The first stage of subscription is through a web form where customers enter their name and email address.  In the second stage an email is sent to the customer to confirm that they requested to be added to the newsletter.  All newsletter subscriptions have an opt-in date and IP address proving that the opt-in event occurred.  Every mass-mailing that is sent out comes with an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and a single click opt-out option is offered, which is effective 100% of the time.  

3. Affiliates

All companies that I use to automate my website and sales have very strict SPAM policies and will assist with the enforcement of this policy.  Therefore, you will never receive SPAM as a result of third parties who work with http://www.holidayweightloss.co.uk/

4. Anti-SPAM Policies

If you do receive SPAM promoting http://www.holidayweightloss.co.uk/ we apologise.  Please do not let the actions of a spammer taint your opinion of our website or services.  To report SPAM please forward the suspected SPAM email to: spam@holidayweightloss.co.uk.  If you did indeed receive unsolicited email then the offender will be reported to http://www.spamcop.net/
